A fireworks display will, without doubt, add a very special and most memorable finale for you and your wedding guests on your very special day.
As a full time professional display company we have staged many displays for wedding celebrations at different locations across the UK. We are the preferred fireworks contractors at a number of venues, proof of our ongoing expertise and client satisfaction.
Individual Design
Whilst we do have set 'package' displays available (please contact us for details of these) we very much prefer to design each display individually as this allows us to take into account the scenery and location of the venue and most importantly any thoughts you may have. You will have made some very individual choices for your day perhaps from the choice of transport right through to a chosen colour theme. Your wedding celebration firework display should be individual and special to you as well.
Quiet Fireworks
Some venues now ask for 'Quiet' displays and we fire "low noise" fireworks at many locations where this is required. Contrary to popular belief, 'Quiet' displays are still very colourful, spectacular and very memorable, as our many clients have confirmed.
Additional Effects
We can provide additional items such as firework lettering, known as Lancework. This enables you to have for example, your initials in bright white fire, a red heart or perhaps your own design, decorated in jewelled fountains.
We also supply Confetti Cannons, Confetti Blowers and similar effects. For example the single shot Confetti Cannon will propel Confetti in a wide range of bright colours (we use the rectangular type which takes longer to float down in about 30 seconds). They can also be used to propel 10 metre long coloured streamers. These units can also be used indoors subject to adequate safety distances being available.
Preparation & Safety
For your chosen venue we would arrange a site visit and discuss any special requirements that you and the venue may have. We do not normally charge for this visit as it is an opportunity to meet you, discuss your wishes (for example, you may wish to ensure that there are photo opportunities during the display) and for also us to complete and provide any documentation that the venue may require, including our Safety and Risk Assessment. As a full time display and company we carry a full insurance certificate and a copy of this is supplied to the venue and yourself as required. Following this visit we can then provide you with a more detailed and specific display programme.
From our experience, the duration of the display is most important, it is far better to have a relatively short display, which is intense, and memorable rather than opting for a slower, less spectacular event. We would suggest somewhere between 5 to 10 minutes maximum depending on your chosen budget.
All our displays are electrically fired enabling the flow of the fireworks to give continuous entertainment without the frequent pauses usually associated with the hand fired and often less professional displays.
Should you wish to create your own display perhaps to be fired by a friend on the day, we have an excellent range of fireworks that the public can purchase and fire themselves. These are available all year round and are from well known and reputable manufacturers complying fully with the latest British Safety Standards.
We will ensure that your fireworks display takes place safely and at the right moment without you having to worry about it; after all, you will have far more important matters to think about and most importantly being able to fully enjoy your very special day.
Costings
Budgets can vary considerably, however our aim is to provide you with a memorable display for a realistic and affordable cost, no matter whether it's large or small. Time is not necessarily value for money with fireworks; you can either fire the fireworks over a longer period i.e. at a slower pace, or fire them at a faster sky filling rate with more changing colour and effects sequences, each choreographed into the next.
Our displays generally start at around £900.00 (for a 5 minute display) for displays within a reasonable distance of one of our display locations. A display of approximately 7 to 8 minutes would be around £1,200.00. Larger budgets naturally allow for more fireworks with more intense and varied content.
